Multivac’s Model R140 rollstock thermoforming system is said to be the smallest system of its kind. Suitable for small product runs, batch runs, and J-I-T manufacturing, the cost-effective R140 is designed especially for packaging food, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.

Fully automatic machine accepts both flexible and rigid films. Stainless steel construction measures as little as 10’ L. Can be extended to incorporate additional equipment such as gas-flushing systems, coders, and labelers. Speeds from 10 to 15 cycles/min.
