Connolly also brings international experience to Colordyne, having spent three years in the Asia-Pacific region developing a marketing function and sales forces throughout the region for Brady.

More recently, Connolly was involved in several private ventures including commodities futures and private equity, and served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing Practice for the Vx Group, a local consulting firm specializing in business and leadership consulting services for mid-sized manufacturing companies.
