An applicator that pushes, rather than pulls, p-s labels from their liners has been introduced by QuickLabel Systems (West Warwick, RI). The Columbia AT-2650’s “push-off” dispensing method decreases tears in p-s label liners that often cause production jams, according to the manufacturer.
