Fusion Packaging offers the latest advancements in direct application with the introduction of Direct Effect Airless, a trio of piston-driven airless applicators for targeted treatment. The Curved Tip Airless, Single Rollerball Airless, and Dual Rollerball Airless are available in 5 ml, 8 ml, 10 ml and 15 ml capacities that provide added sensorial benefits for the end consumer, while the bottle-based package protects and preserves the brand formula.

The Direct Effect Curved Tip Airless applicator features a first-of-its-kind dual-resin tip and ergonomic curved design that contours to the most delicate areas of the face with a feather-light touch. The innovative applicator combines a single-wall polypropylene (PP) bottle, collar, overcap and applicator with a smooth, non-porous thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) tip for velvety application that massages product into the skin without binding or sticking.

Featuring cooling and massaging benefits, the Direct Effect Single Rollerball Airless combines the instantly refreshing effect of stainless steel with a plush TPE ring for a uniquely soothing application experience. The angled applicator is designed to mold to the eye and lip contours for maximum penetration and absorption of beneficial ingredients.

The first stacked airless double rollerball for skincare application, Direct Effect Dual Rollerball Airless offers twice the application sensation with two cooling stainless steel spheres to stimulate the under eye area, promoting circulation and providing de-puffing benefits. The applicator features a matte PP plate and slightly curved profile to help the rollerballs work in tandem for clean, convenient product application.

Fusion developed Direct Effect Airless from concept to commercialization to enhance the traditional method of applying skincare products with the fingers, and reimaginged the process in a gentler, more efficient direct application package that would provide added benefits to the end user, thereby strengthening their relationship with the brand.

The three applicators can be customized with a wide range of decoration techniques, including custom color injection or spray, silkscreen, hot stamp, heat transfer label (HTL), or UV metalization. The TPE components can also be personalized with custom colors depending on brand preference.
