NetBox View is available for production with the ability to implement a custom PVC window for display.  The box itself is a rigid tray with an outer turned edge layer that functions similar to a cigar box. Clear, rigid PVC can then be formed for any size or shape window on the top cover.

The NetBox View combines both thermoforming and turned edge to create a stunning piece for marketing or retail display. Once the size and shape of the window is determined, a hole is die-cut in the turned edge flat to create the initial window. Then a clear, rigid PVC is formed to fit the window. It is thermoformed this way is to make the surface of the window lay flush with the rigid cover. The window is then heat sealed into place. All of these processes take place in Sunrise Packaging’s manufacturing facility located in the Twin Cities. This method of windowing improves product display, and adds a custom element with real value. Box windows in other applications are more flimsy and leave items susceptible to tampering and other damages.

Sunrise Packaging emphasizes their manufacturing capabilities to customize and create unique packaging products for a wide range of businesses. The new turned edge NetBox View can be customized with unique artwork and branding. Other custom features include die cut foam inserts or thermoformed plastic trays to hold the contents of the box.
