Bway: Recyclable metal, plastic, hybrid containers

BWAY offers more than 270 recyclable metal, plastic, and hybrid containers, including the open-head ECO-PAIL.

BWAY’s steel and tinplate containers, which include paint cans, aerosol cans, pour-top cans, F-style containers and open- and tight-head pails, are made with at least 25% recycled content and are 100% recyclable at end of life. Steel is the most recycled packaging material in the world, and it loses none of its properties no matter how many times it is recycled.


BWAY’s plastic packaging products, made with up to 30% post-consumer resin, include bottles, drums, tight-head containers, hybrid paint cans and open-head pails.  The open-head ECO-PAIL can contain up to 50% post-consumer resin and is said to require less energy to produce, reduce carbon emissions and use fewer components than standard pails.  Its Tri-Seal cover eliminates the need for a gasket, and its ergonomic handle is made from post-consumer resin, so the entire container can be recycled without the need to separate components.
