TricorBraun, a leading developer and supplier of glass and rigid plastic packaging, has promoted its Director of Marketing, Suzanne Fenton, to the position of Vice President, Brand Marketing. She will continue to direct the company’s corporate and brand marketing and marketing communication activities.

“Suzie has long been the voice of our company, our communication link to the packaging community,” says TricorBraun CEO Keith Strope, in announcing the appointment. “This promotion recognizes the great value of that service both to TricorBraun and to our customers, who share in the increased visibility she creates.”

Fenton joined TricorBraun (then Northwestern Bottle Co.) in 1980 as the assistant to the Director of Operations, and moved through other positions within the operations department. In 1995, she became the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, and has since moved up through the department, serving as Director of Custom Package Management and Marketing and as Director of Marketing.

Fenton has also been heavily involved in the packaging industry’s professional association, the Institute of Packaging Professionals (IoPP), of which TricorBraun is a Benefactor. She has served at various times as President and Chairman of the Missouri Gateway Chapter of IoPP and currently is a member of the National IoPP Board of Directors.
