Enercon is pleased to announce that Mike McConnell has been promoted to Vice President of Sales, overseeing Enercon’s surface treating and cap sealing sales teams.

“In a few short years, Mike has established himself as a leader at Enercon and a customer champion. His passion for the industries we serve along with his technical expertise and business acumen have been instrumental in serving our customers with the best solutions for their operations,” says Ryan Schuelke Enercon President & Chief Sales Officer.

McConnell began his career at Enercon as Surface Treating Sales Director and immediately immersed himself in industry associations as a frequent presenter at events, conferences, and webinars. His understanding of the needs of end users and OEMS alike had made him a significant asset to Enercon customers.

“I’m really excited to be a part of the Enercon team and take on this new responsibility. We’ve added outstanding talent this year while continuing to invest in our facilities and product development. We are focused on ensuring our product offerings continue to provide the market the best value, performance and reliability,” says McConnell.

McConnell earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, from Marquette University, Milwaukee, WI and his MBA from Purdue Global, West Lafayette, IN.
