The foundation of the Quick-Change Order Picker Platform is its cutting-edge base. On the ground, four 6 in. polyurethane plate casters with brakes provide superior maneuverability, with two rigid and two swivel casters. The universal fork pocket and oak block add an extra layer of security, ensuring a snug fit for the order picker machine's forks while allowing smooth angled entry. The oak block serves as a secure point for the order picking machine to clamp onto, firmly anchoring the platform. Additionally, the deck height is meticulously tailored to the specifications of order picking machines, and grip tape is strategically applied to prevent accidents.
Above the deck, the New Age Industrial’s Quick-Change Order Picker Platform features four rungs for shelves. These shelves are pitched at a 4-deg angle to the back, preventing packages from falling onto the operator. Available in 30 in. and 15 in. depths, the shelves can be effortlessly removed in seconds to accommodate items of various sizes and shapes. Three sides are enveloped in smooth aluminum amplimesh, providing a secure barrier against package spills while maintaining visibility and keeping the platform lightweight. Finally, front and back handles facilitate easy manual maneuvering, even with substantial loads.
