ChecKIT360 and ChecKIT assembly kits can be installed on any model of vial or syringe filling and capping machine, as well as on syringe assembly machines, to perform different checks and inspections.
The OCVmulti vision system performs several kinds of inspection on vials, from the detection of flip-off defects to verification of the correctness of the data printed on the vial labels. The system inspects 100% of products, managing rejection of noncompliant products. All the inspections are displayed accurately on the HMI. Managed by software with AI algorithms, the system automates the line clearance procedures of the packaging lines, using cameras and sensors.
