Eaton Corporation: Solid-state relays

Eaton Corporation’s D93, D96 and D99 Series’ of solid-state relays provide reduced electromagnetic interference, fast response. high cycling rates, low acoustical or electrical noise, and high vibration resistance.

The D93 series is a compact, heavy-duty line of industrial relays. With a removable, finger-safe cover, it is safe and easy-to-install, and is available in a variety of input voltages and switch types up to 75 amperes (A). The D96 is a technologically advanced set of electronic relays for tough applications and harsh environments. The compact 17.5 millimeter (mm) wide package with an integrated heat sink provides easy mounting in tight spaces. A heavy-duty line of industrial relays, the D99 series includes models available in a variety of input voltages in 10A, 25A and 40A sizes. This line also features an integral heat sink, and attached metal hardware that can be used for DIN-rail or panel mounting.
