Shure-Glue: Electronic adhesive control system

Shure-Glue’s AG2002 controller is an encoder-based, microprocessor-driven, electronic adhesive control system. Two independent programmable channels have a selectable “auto-glue” function that allows pattern length to match board length with user-defined gaps at the leading and trailing edges of the product.

If the auto-glue feature is inactive, the controller applies a single glue pattern based on the user-defined start and stop distances. The 2 channels can be programmed as 2 independent glue patterns or coupled together for “pattern-skip-pattern” capability.
