Model 2040 is an automatic form/fill/seal machine from Hamer (Minneapolis, MN). It forms bags from rollstock and fills and seals them accurately at rates to 28/min.

Handles a wide variety of materials such as compost, soil, pellets, salt, pet food, seed, chemicals and grain. It's capable of punching custom-positioned vent holes. Creates bags ranging from 16" to 24" W and up to 42" L. Bag thickness can range from 1.75 mil to 6 mil.
