An air-actuated reject device removes defective containers from the conveyor. Operates at speeds to 800 bottles/min. Bottle size changeovers are handled with a switch, without tools.

Unlike conventional systems that visually inspect with mechanical "squeeze methods," the 51R41 uses a PC-controlled video camera to check bottles for defects at a 4/1000" resolution.
