Made of a special alloy steel that provides extended wear, increased fatigue life, and greater torque holding capacity, U.S. Tsubaki Power Transmission’s uni-directional/mechanical Cam Clutch product line locks the inner and outer races through the locking action of cams, transmitting torque in one direction of rotation while overrunning in the other.
The races are also made of high-quality alloy steel with high surface hardness and core toughness. They are precision ground to provide quality concentricity and surface finish to provide accurate cam rotation.
