White-coated kraft

Ban-Ply is a new white-coated kraft paper from Bancroft Bag (West Monroe, LA) developed to reduce basis weight and overall costs of multiwall bags. It is stronger than clay-coated papers, says the company, thereby allowing packagers to reduce basis weight or eliminate a ply of paper, while offering a high-quality print surface for bags that require process printing and high ink coverage.
