For use in can labeling applications, the OP231 label inspection station from Optel Technologies (St. Foy, Quebec, Canada) can be fitted to Ace-type mechanical can ejector systems to verify labels, bar codes and proper label placement.

It ejects products with misplaced, incorrect or misprinted labels. Generates alarm signals or line stops in case of wrong line operation. Operates at speeds to 600 cans/min, depending on ejector speed.
