End-load cartoner

The new Hoypack FP200 end-load cartoner from Tetra Laval Food Hoyer (Albion, MI) is designed for end-loading a variety of food and nonfood products into single- or multi-pack cartons.

Speeds range from 15 to 300 cartons/min, depending on product shape and pack pattern. Incorporates the Hoyer floating pocket infeed system, which reduces short carton counts by waiting until the correct number of products are loaded into a pocket before dispersing them into the loading section.
