Tray denesters

New line of stand-alone, servo-driven, universal-screw tray denesters run at speeds to 300 containers/min. Equipment is designed to be rolled up to any existing line and be fully integrated in 10 min or less for any container possessing uniform stacking features.

Machines use virtually any input to signal the start of the denesting cycle, including limit switch, photo cell, or PLC for cycle-on-demand or encoder for electronic line shaft coupling. System is hand-adjustable for lines that measure from 30” to 60” off the floor.

Tide’s polypropylene caps undergo LaserSharp marking on two sides. On the left, we see an inverted bottle where Tide’s blue detergent is completely filling the dosing cap. Fill-level guidelines are visible both when detergent is in the cap as pictured, and when the cap is empty. On the upper right, we see the OXI logo on the other side of the cap. This branding/logo was also marked on the cap in the LaserSharp process.
