Simulate machine states on your PC

Pw 16510 Pack Ml

Recognizing that a state model can be rather dry for the uninitiated, the PackML team has developed an interactive simulation that you can run right on your PC simply by accessing a special Web page. The simulation requires a Windows-based PC, Internet Explorer, and a Web connection (dial-up is fine). PackML team leader Fred Putnam, representing marking and coding supplier Markem Corp., developed the simulation. A second simulation demonstrates the model in a multimachine, networked packaging line. The goal of the simulation is to spur productive commentary on the draft guidelines of the state model itself.
