Wixon, a St. Francis, WI-based contract manufacturer of dry mixes, seasonings, flavors and technologies for the food and beverage industry, hired Bryan Mazur as key account manager for the company’s Consumer Products Division, reporting to Paul Whitaker, leader of the division. According to a company release todaty, he will lead business development with emphasis on contract manufacturing and direct selling. He will also collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product development activities, assist in driving operational efficiencies, and contribute to tactical and strategic planning for the Division. He most recently worked at Northern Labs in Manitowoc, WI, as contract manufacturing sales manager as well as workign in business development for Regis Technologies, a provider of small-molecule contract manufacturing services located in Morton Grove, IL.
