A second Actis® barrier coating system for plastic bottles is now operating commercially in North America. Grafco PET Packaging Technologies (Hanover, MD) installed the patented Sidel (Norcross, GA) coating system late last year in its Morrow, GA, plant at the request of Environmental Express.
