The B34-180HS-SS has a large product area for products up to 18 in. wide, 10 in. high and unlimited length. A servo-controlled infeed conveyor ensures accurate product spacing. Dual or single side seal technology can incorporate either a hot knife or rotary band technology to produce strong, attractive seals on any polyolefin, polyethylene or PVC material – in fact any heat sealable material.
Power film unwind and scrap rewind mechanisms with VFD controller ensure proper film tension and scrap removal during wrapping. A 10-in. color touchscreen HMI simplifies operation and package customization. Integrated recipe management and intuitive user-defined preferences allow fast, repeatable set up or machine changeover for wrapping a wide variety of products.
