Polypack has introduced a series of Automatic Tray Loader/Formers, said to be versatile, easy-to-operate, and reliable. Machines accept products, automatically divide them into lanes, index the laned products to create bundles of 6, 12, or 24.

Then they load the collated product atop a predispensed corrugated tray blank, apply hot melt glue, fold the tray flaps, compress and square the product/tray combination for discharge to an integrated shrink-wrap machine. Runs at speeds to 50 trays/min and changes over in 2 min.
