Pro Mach's Wexxar division acquires IPak

Pro Mach, Inc. announces that its Wexxar Packaging division has acquired IPak Machinery Ltd., a leading designer and manufacturer of corrugated tray forming solutions based in Vancouver, British Columbia.

“We are pleased to add the IPak tray forming product line to Wexxar’s existing case erecting and case sealing solutions and to the Pro Mach End-of-Line family of packaging products,” said Mark Anderson, Pro Mach CEO. “We continually strive to improve our packaging solutions by upgrading our product line through development and acquisition and IPak tray formers are proven, high quality solutions that match extremely well with Wexxar’s exceptional RSC solutions.”

With the acquisition of IPak, Wexxar adds a durable line of fully automatic tray formers engineered to withstand heavy-duty applications for decades of reliable service. Top quality design, construction and component selection combined with outstanding service have earned IPak a reputation for reliability, dependability and outstanding value. The IPak product line also includes other machinery such as tray stackers, flange sealers, blank feed systems and more.

Wexxar Packaging manufactures case forming and sealing systems. Since 1977, Wexxar has designed and manufactured case erecting, case sealing and tray forming machinery for corrugated container packaging. With machines still running which were designed and built over 20 years ago, Wexxar has proven the value of solution-based engineering.
