Designed for food industry applications, the case packer permits no-tool changeover. Packs cartons in sizes up to 20" x 20" in horizontal or vertical patterns. A case erector on top of the machine reduces the footprint necessary for two separate machines, while allowing 360° visual access. Reaches speeds to 140 bags/min and measures 6' 7" x 15' 8". Servo motors on both the transfer cross sweep and case loader permit trouble-free operation, allowing consistent speed over air cylinder motors Uses Allen-Bradley's SLC 503 controller.
