This latest addition to its extensive biscuit line offers high productivity and compact design advantages over its competitors, company says. Tray loader is small in design, saving customers more than 60 percent in operational space. At a rate of 600 products/min, machine has been specifically designed to meet all hygiene and safety requirements of the customers. The integrated tray denester can load into the chain up to three trays in one step, easily adjusting to different tray heights. Biscuits can be fed into the tray loader from the side with either a chain or a paddle belt. The tray loader can accommodate rectangular, round, oval, sandwich, coated, additive, on pile, shingled, or staggered shaped biscuits. Machine is also equipped with a self-recovering system, cutting down on maintenance.
