On the U-shape production line, the pails are filled and sealed at a rate of about 42 pails/min on equipment from Burghof, sourced by Belcorp. The Burghof machine is topped with an AMS auger filler that dispenses the powdered ingredients with 1% accuracy at a rate of around 42 pails/min

Clabber Girl Corp.: Wraparound case packing of pails

At the case packer, supplied by TAD Packaging Machinery, Pails of powdered mixes are collated into groups of six that are cross-pushed onto the 29# ECT corrugated blank. After the cases are glue sealed, they are discharged to the takeaway conveyor.
