The Model 400 case erector/sealer is a workhorse machine that is built to stand up to today’s real world production challenges. Designed to run less-than-perfect corrugated, this erector also handles high content recycled board and delivers square, well-sealed cases that form stable and secure pallets. Models are offered for tape and hot melt sealing.
The Model 600 offers maximum flexibility to run multiple package styles with a variety of infeed options, making this machine a good choice for packagers looking to upgrade from hand packing or moving from another package style. New features include flexibility to run multiple package styles with improved grid lifter to improve speed, case conveyer for lane adjustment, guide rails to improve lane changeover. The improved servo-controlled pick head rotation allows produce to be packed in 90º orientation to the inferred direction.
The Model 436 top case sealer offers future-proof flexibility with its ability to seal with both tape and hot melt adhesive, on the same machine, simply by changing the sealing module. This sealer is also a smart machine with HMI and full connectivity capabilities. It senses and sets the adhesive pattern on a new case simply by running a case through the sealer, eliminating the time-consuming chore of setting the pattern at the hot melt unit and running test cases.
