Econocorp, a provider of flexible, high value cartoners, case packers, and tray formers, announced the launch of its new EconoCore Rapid Delivery Program at PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025 in Booth W-2522, September 29 – October 1.
The Rapid Delivery Program addresses the growing demand for more nimble deployment of high-value cartoning and end-of-line packaging equipment in today's fast-paced manufacturing environment. Customers can now receive fully configured Twinseal machines within 2-4 weeks and E-2000 machines within 4-8 weeks, provided their requirements fall within standard machine size ranges and configurations. The program features streamlined specifications with pre-approved carton structures including full flap seal end designs for Twinseal units and full flap or economy flap options for E-2000 machines.
To ensure optimal performance and minimize installation delays, the program requires customers to provide testing quantities of carton samples with their purchase orders–300 samples per size for Twinseal machines and 500 samples per size for E-2000 units. This approach allows Econocorp’s engineering team to validate machine settings and configurations before shipment, reducing on-site commissioning time and ensuring immediate productivity upon installation.
