Hello, I'm Nathan Massey with Excelis Packaging Automation. We're here at Pack Expo 2026, and we're showing off a full production line of unscrambling, filling, capping, and labeling.

As we come down the line, you'll see our piston filler here, and it's feeding directly into our new VersaCap capping machine. The goal of the VersaCap capping machine is really to reduce labor and increase throughput, specifically for trigger and pump sprayers, or any type of cap that has a straw that needs to be inserted down into the bottle. You can see how it works.

It guides the straw in, eliminates the need of somebody to load it manually, and then it does the tightening. We also have torque detection built in. This machine's able to run up to 50 bottles per minute We've got it running a little bit slower so you can really see the process of guiding the straws down into the bottle
