ProMach’s Pharma business line will showcase a variety of high-performance technology from NJM, WLS and Pharmaworks at PACK EXPO Las Vegas booths W-1150, W-1152, W-1154 and N-5900. Several new systems will be on exhibit for the first time, alongside other advanced processing and packaging equipment for pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, medical devices and more. These industry-leading solutions help manufacturers and contract packers maximize operational efficiencies, protect product quality and meet regulatory requirements.

“Every piece of technology we develop is shaped directly by conversations with our customers about their real-life experiences,” said Adam Rosenthal, Director of Marketing at ProMach Pharma. “Rather than asking specific, leading questions, we focus on understanding their biggest pain points, such as equipment downtime during label roll changes or the complexity of handling sensitive injection devices, to help us identify improvement opportunities. This unbiased approach ensures we’re developing innovations that solve problems, not just adding features that look impressive but add little value.”

At PACK EXPO Las Vegas this year, WLS will debut their new PR-12 and PR-24 plunger rod insertion and labeling systems for syringes. Featuring WLS' patent-pending Automated Torque Regulation (ATR) technology, these first-of-their-kind solutions combine precise plunger rod insertion with high-speed labeling into a cost-effective, compact unit. By adapting the torque to prevent over or under rotation and ensuring the plunger rod is accurately seated every time, the PR systems protect product quality and reduce waste while maximizing operational efficiencies.

NJM is introducing their new CFE tablet counter, which integrates NJM's proven bottle handling and controls with Cremer counting technology to handle a wide variety of coated and uncoated tablets, capsules and softgels. Delivering high capacities of up to 200 bottles per minute, this compact solid-dose counting and filling system achieves 100 percent counting accuracy and extreme flexibility at an accessible price point.

Another breakthrough solution highlighted by NJM is the Unisplice 413 automatic label splicing system. Compatible with virtually all NJM pressure-sensitive labelers, this proprietary technology detects when a label roll needs replacement and automatically cuts and seamlessly joins rolls together. By minimizing interruptions to production, Unisplice improves efficiency and reduces downtime.

A new Shuttleworth accumulation table, offered by WLS, will also be featured at the show. This pharmaceutical-grade conveyor provides buffering between packaging equipment operating at different speeds, allowing containers to continuously circulate until downstream equipment is ready.

Pharmaworks will showcase their TF1pro and TF1e blister machines. The high-output TF1pro runs up to 100 indexes per minute with advanced cGMP capabilities, delivering fast changeovers, reliable accuracy and versatility for frequent changeover applications. The compact TF1e, ideal for low to moderate production including clinical trial packaging, runs up to 90 indexes per minute and features exceptional performance for a system of its size and price point. Fully servo-driven, the TF1pro and TF1e offer superior product safety, quick cleaning and compatibility with a wide range of materials.

Also on exhibit from WLS is the RL-420 rotary labeler for applying pressure-sensitive labels to virtually any shape container. At the show it will be integrated with WLS’ patented device stabilizer for injector pens, which prevents axial force limitations from being exceeded while eliminating the need for expensive active pucks.

More solutions on display from NJM include the Courser 230® labeler for syringes and vials, the beltorque® capper, and the Dara SFL syringe filling and assembly system. The Courser achieves up to 250 containers per minute with quick changeovers in a compact footprint. The beltorque caps up to 250 bottles per minute with precise torque and gentle handling. The Dara SFL delivers accurate filling and plunger insertion with the flexibility to run multiple formats.
