Bottles come on a single lane to the cartoner, and a servo-driven carousel loading system will securely grip bottles and top load into the open carton. No carton, no load feature is standard on the system and rejected bottles are conveniently placed onto a reject conveyor to remove from the machine.

An Allen Bradley ControlLogix Control System provides increased performance, capacity, productivity, and security to help meet end users manufacturing goals. All major actuations on the system are controlled by servo motors and drives. A Festo pneumatics package is standard on the VC-VCA. The machine features a robust frame that reduces component vibration and ensures 24/7 operation. Remote trouble-shooting features can be included for remote programming support.
