The ME-35 is designed for an increased assembly speed of 35 cases per minute, while minimizing the machine’s footprint to save floor space. The ME-35 features true opposing vacuum erecting to reduce problems and waste associated with bad scoring, skewing, and generally substandard material. Other features include: a major flap “over-opening” to handle skewed cases that would jam most case erectors; an ergonomically designed, high-capacity horizontal magazine; a box squaring device to ensure perfect shape at the sealing station; ultra-low air consumption; break-away pusher and overload sensors; a color touchscreen with intuitive, graphical operating/maintenance instructions. The ME-35 utilizes low air and power consumption, reducing operating costs, minimizing wasted packaging material and reducing the need for replacement parts, and is engineered to be a low-impact, low-carbon footprint, sustainable solution for a wide range of packaging needs.
