In both stand alone and combined models the new P5 features gantry
design of the machine frame which provides a wide working envelope.
Other features include a 40% reduction in footprint compared to
previous versions, a telescopic arm which reduces the overall height by
13 percent and improves visibility, universal gripping tooling, up to
12 kg weight of load to be palletized per cycle, and speeds up to 15
cases per minute. The P5 also features SecurBox™, an integrated transparent mobile
cubicle ensuring operator safety during pallet evacuation while the
machine continues to function, a labeler and a case tipping device
that can be integrated inside the palletizing unit, and optional 1 or 2
palletizing station(s). The combined version features no
inter-machine conveyors for an even more compact layout and cost
reduction.
