The conveyors use a slow-forward, fast-backward motion that gently handles the snacks. The equipment helps eliminate the build-up of seasoning on the conveyors, which was a problem with previous conveying equipment at Poore Brothers’ Bluffton, IN, facility. The three conveyors then deposit snacks onto cross-feeder conveyors.
