MARQ Case Erector Bottom Sealer

MARQ’s HPE-NS-G Case Erector Bottom Sealer will work 24/7 for your production lines. This machine utilizes a horizontal case erecting method which ensures each case is erected squarely even if it’s slightly off the specifications of the box manufacturer.

This content was written and submitted by the supplier. It has only been modified to comply with this publication’s space and style.

This horizontal erecting method uses opposing vacuum cups that attach securely to both the bottom and top of the knockdown case for a positive opening every time. Top and bottom flight lugs drive the erected case through the rest of the machine where the bottom major and minor flaps are folded by mechanical flap folders and sealed with hotmelt glue.

The hopper has a standard two-stack capacity with the possibility of adding more capacity, allowing you to add more knockdown cases without the need for any machine downtime.

Standard features include 220V 3 Phase electrical, powder-coated paint, and a polycarbonate guarding package.

Optional features include a voltage upgrade to 440V, a funnel drop case turner to upright the case on discharge, and stainless steel construction with Nema 4X for full washdown environments.

Upgrade to our QC “Quick-Change” Adjustment to run random stacks of knockdown with pre-programmed case sizes. This function eliminates machine downtime when you need to run stacks of different case sizes.
