Horizontal wrapper
With quality and reliability at the heart of the Alpha 8, the wrapper has been designed to include a stronger, simpler and more accessible end seal system, which is quieter, and more reliable with higher sealing pressure. The center fin seal unit can tilt down without tools providing easy access for sanitation and maintenance.
The Fuji Vision System (FVS) has also been improved, featuring an “auto-teaching” feature which includes auto detection of film registration allowing for easier setup and product change. Other notable developments with the Alpha 8 wrapper include a shorter film route for reduced film waste during setup, and stainless steel film rollers for increased hygiene.
