This unit addresses concerns related to the commonly practiced "forklift conditioning method" such as bag breakage, plant structural damage, forklift damage, or injury to plant personnel.

Our new, patented system utilizes hydraulically actuated pivoting conditioning arms with extended travel and features "v-shaped" tubular breaker profiles to efficiently return even the most severely agglomerated materials to a free-flowing state.

A powered rotary lift table and turntable positions the bulk bag for complete material conditioning on all sides, as well as the top and bottom. Unit features easy-to-use momentary contact controls and acrylic guarding on three sides for operator safety. An ultra compact footprint provides a solution for limited facility space.
