Configurable with from 3 to 30 heads and gentle handling surfaces, the NERCCE rotary chuck capper is adaptable to a wide range of caps and containers at rates to 600 containers/min.

New electronic torque control offers consistent and exact torque control to within .5’’ lb. The nonmarring urethane coated container handling surfaces handle containers gently as does the HDPE change parts. It is designed to be installed over an existing conveyor and is available in NEMA-4 (washdown) or NEMA-7 (explosion proof) versions.
