Pearson Packaging Systems: Caser for case-ready meat trays

The CR900 Series case packer from Pearson Packaging Systems (Spokane, WA) is designed for packing case-ready meat trays into shipping containers. Machine automatically loads all known case-ready tray sizes into shipping containers at speeds to 100 trays/min.

Available in stainless steel with optional wash-down components. Machine has a small footprint and can be configured to receive cases from the front, rear, or side. Accepts corrugated cases, corrugated trays, or returnable plastic totes. With an optional product collator, machine can randomly receive up to 5 different sealed meat trays and pack them into 3 different shipping containers. A pick-table and pick-head assembly moves a complete layer of case-ready trays into the shipping container.
