The SnapSil 400’s monoblock design provides modularity in a small footprint. A volume doser portions the filling material--sugar for example--into the Snapsil package. Before being transferred onto a belt by the 16 lane pick-and-place robot, the finished Snapsil packages can be printed with important product information. With a filling volume of 4 to 20 ml, the machine produces 400 units/min.
