The bagger is designed for pre-made wicket bags of either laminate or polyethylene materials. Equipped with PLC controls and a user-friendly touch screen, the bagger is available in right-to-left or left-to-right versions. The Zippy comes with a communication port allowing for easy integration with any type of auxiliary equipment, runs at speeds of up to 35 cycles per minute, and works with a variety of bags including stand-up, handle and re-sealable types with no change parts. It can handle bags from 5.5-in. to 14-in. wide and from 6-in. to 20-in. long. The low profile machine is mounted on casters for easy transport. Standard features include PLC controls, conveyorized bag support, plunging supply funnel, lockable casters, foot pedal and automatic cycle functions, trim cutter and waste receptacle. Code dating is available. The Zippy bagger is compliant with USDA standards.
