It produces flat-bottom-, pillow-, or gusseted pillow-style bags at speeds to 140/min, using either supported or unsupported film. Bags can vary in size from 21/2" x 21/2" to 15.5" x 24". An Allen-Bradley PLC allows control of functions such as cross-seal jaw pressure for various films and thicknesses. Automatic horizontal cross-seal jaw alignment is standard. A touch screen provides production information and fault display. Changeovers require no tools and can be accomplished quickly.
