Hygienic Washdown Labeler 300

The Hygienic Labeler (Patent pending) is designed to prevent any cleaning fluids from penetrating any of the mechanical or electrical housings, while still being able to make machine adjustments while running. The construction is engineered with 304 Stainless Steel and passivated for corrosion resistance that provides minimal contamination points. The labeler requires minimal disassembly for easy cleaning and maintenance, thereby reducing the risk of contamination. Like all of Multifeeder’s labelers, the Hygienic Labeler utilizes a small footprint and is easily mobile to quickly change work station locations. The Hygienic Labeler meets and exceeds NEMA4X and IP66 standards to ensure consistent washdown performance. The labeler is capable of running up to 12 in. wide labels. Separate unwind, drive and rewind servo controls allow maximum control, stability and performance.
