Danaher acquires track-and-trace solutions provider Laetus

Change of ownership will significantly enhance Laetus’ growth opportunities through increased scale and access to complementary capabilities.

Laetus, a global leader in inline quality inspection and track-and-trace systems, announces it has been acquired by Danaher. Laetus will operate as an independent business within the Product Identification Platform.

Alex Lever, newly appointed Managing Director of Laetus, comments: “This is an exciting next step in the development of Laetus, both for our customers and for our associates.
