Bottle plate technology

Krones (Franklin, WI) has introduced servo-controlled bottle plate technology, designed to replace traditionally engineered and manufactured cams and to provide accurate label placement on uniquely shaped bottles.

Containers are secured between the centering bell and bottle plate, which is rotated by the servo motor. Rotation is controlled either optically or electronically and containers are locked into place when the proper position is reached. For use with Krones' cold glue and p-s Autocol labelers.
