Innovia Films launches their latest development in coating technology, UltraFoil. These new top-coated facestock films combine not only the die-cutting, dispensability, and optics associated with biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) label films, but also enhanced cold foil and fine tone printing performance.

Films offer designers and brand owners more options for intricate eye-catching graphics. Label printers will appreciate the films’ on-press performance with wide ink, process and foiling compatibility. These films are for labeling rigid or semi-squeezable containers.

UltraFoil films have been developed to meet customer demand for labeling products that have cold foil decoration requirements. As printing, conversion, and decoration techniques become more advanced, it is important to offer a product that can mirror these trends and support aesthetic appearance, intricate images, and fonts. UltraFoil films have been designed to run on press at normal speeds without loss of efficiency.

Compatible with a wide range of cold foil adhesives, UltraFoil films are also suitable for use with both silver and coloured foils. The new films are available in clear, UltraFoil CFA, and white variants, UltraFoil WFA.
