It operates at speeds exceeding 1ꯠ products/min. A unique self-tuning method can adjust for changes in pouch thickness or collation pattern without stopping the line. Changeovers can be handled through an operator panel, without the use of tools, says the company. The Key Display Packer can collate pouches into cases, end-load cartons or wraparound trays in a range of pack patterns. Batch counts are programmable from eight to 30 products/lane and are loaded by a servo-driven ram. Styles of display cases include end-load cartons, cases or wraparound trays. Drop pack styles are also possible, and include dividers or "pop-up" inserts.
