Weatherchem addressed McCormick's concern of trademark infringement by modifying the shape of its current grinder bottle. McCormick agreed that the new bottle shape does not infringe on McCormick's trademark rights.
Weatherchem has 90 days to sell all remaining inventory of the original bottle. All litigation regarding the issue has been dismissed.
